A PAIR OF REGENCY CONVEX MIRRORS
English, circa 1815
A fine and important pair of large scale early 19th century carved giltwood convex mirrors with original plates, surmounted by eagle crestings above foliate carving, the concave moulded frames with gilt balls and ebonised slips, the apron with acanthus leaves, and the sides with twin candle arms with suspended glass droplets.
